The Challenge
Timberline Builders delivers premium custom home remodeling. However, their old website looked generic, and potential clients suffered from "sticker shock" and decision paralysis when beginning the consultation process. They needed an interface that felt custom, matched their craftsmanship, and qualified leads before they called.
The Strategy
We designed a strategy around transparency. Rather than hiding pricing, we decided to give users a sense of agency. By building an interactive "Project Estimator" directly into their homepage preview, visitors can configure basic remodel scopes (e.g., kitchen, bath, full-home) and select material quality tiers to see real, calculated budget windows instantly.

Business Operations & Integrations
To make the estimator functional for the business, we integrated the front-end interface with Timberline's operations tools:
- HubSpot CRM Integration: Form entries from the estimator automatically generate a deal card in HubSpot, tagged with the customer's self-selected budget tier (e.g., Premium Custom).
- Zapier Automated Workflows: Whenever a high-value proposal request is submitted, Zapier immediately sends a formatted summary to the contractor's team channel on Slack and drafts a calendar invite.
The Outcome
Since launch, Timberline has reported a 3.2x increase in inquiry quality. Instead of answering vague, unqualified price questions, their sales calls now begin with "I ran the estimator, our budget fits the premium tier, and we are ready to discuss details."
